Who is the Geek Dad?

Full-time stay-at-home father, certified NASM personal trainer, former IT monkey in the server trenches of higher education.  Hi, my name is Al and I’m the Geek Dad.  I love my family, fitness, all things tech related, and navigating my path through the often confusing hinterlands of fatherhood as best as possible.  Through this blog, I hope to connect with other fathers who are looking for tips on fitness, parenting, and maybe the odd tech-related thing I find interesting.
