Fat Burning HIIT Cardio Workout For October 26th 2022

Just a quick 15 minute workout today because M was cranky and tired from waking up at 5:15AM.  Don’t underestimate a quick HIIT session to work the cardiovascular system.  Great for conditioning and burning some body fat.  Fun because it’s a mix of boxing combinations and bodyweight only exercises.

Tried to follow along with Precision Striking’s  Youtube video as best I could while feeding M some waffles. 

Equipment Required:

  • None!  Bodyweight only
  • Maybe a yoga mat.
  • Towel to mop up the sweat
