Just a quick 15 minute workout today because M was cranky and tired from waking up at 5:15AM. Don’t underestimate a quick HIIT session to work the cardiovascular system. Great for conditioning and burning some body fat. Fun because it’s a mix of boxing combinations and bodyweight only exercises.
Tried to follow along with Precision Striking’s Youtube video as best I could while feeding M some waffles.
Equipment Required:
- None! Bodyweight only
- Maybe a yoga mat.
- Towel to mop up the sweat
